Hi!  I'm Saopon and if you work with CHA Mortgage Company, you'll be working with me.  I'm the founder and President of CHA Mortgage Company and I'll be your Mortgage Consultant and main point of contact throughout the entire loan process.  

My name is Thai and the pronunciation is a lot easier than you think. My first name is two syllables: sao-pon. The first syllable, sao, rhymes with Lao, Tao, how...I think you get the idea.  The second part, pon, is just as it sounds: "pawn."  Don't feel bad if you mess it up.  I understand it might take a few times to get right.  

I received my business degree from Portland State University.  I've been in the financial services industry for over 23 years and in the mortgage industry for 18.  I've sold checking accounts, mortgage loans, life insurance and real estate.  I've worked for small mom-and-pop mortgage shops and large mortgage corporations where I originated, processed and underwrote mortgage loans.  You'd be hard-pressed to find another Mortgage Consultant with my level of knowledge and expertise.

When you work with me, you can expect me to care about your mortgage as much as you do.  I'll find you a loan program that meets your needs and a competitive rate with the least amount of hassle.  You can count on me to be honest, available and discreet.  I'll only ask for information and documents needed to process your application and I'll only share that information with people who need to know--like the lender, for example.  

To my friends and family who are also customers-- you don't have to be embarrassed if your finances aren't perfect.  I'm only here to help and I would be honored if you chose to work with me! When I say your information is confidential, I really mean it.  I don't share it with anyone who doesn't need to know.  You can rest assured knowing that unless you choose to divulge that you're working with me, no one close to me will know I helped you with your financing.  My goal is to have your complete trust so you have no reservations about working with me or referring me!
